How we build it
A careful four-stage process. Your archive never leaves your control.
1 — Archive review
We catalog what exists, what is usable, and what should be excluded for ethics or rights reasons.
2 — Voice mapping
We extract the patterns that make your voice yours — and the patterns you do not want amplified.
3 — Build and tune
We train, test, and refine the Twin against held-out content you can grade.
4 — Ship and steward
You receive the Twin, the documentation, and a quarterly stewardship review for the first year.
Confidentiality, control, and consent
Three commitments we make to every Twin client.
- Your training data is not used to train any other model. Ever.
- You can export, audit, or delete the Twin at any time, with no notice required.
- Every reply the Twin makes is logged and reviewable, with clear disclosure that an AI is speaking on your behalf.
